Pagasa ng Masang Pinoy Microfinance, Inc. (or PMPMI, for brevity) is a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-registered and Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC)-accredited non-stock, non-profit microfinance NGO, with the ultimate goal of alleviating low-income Filipinos from their impoverished state, by providing small loans, mobilizing savings within the limits proscribed by Republic Act No. 10693 (otherwise known as the Microfinance NGOs Act), and with its partner micro-insurance provider, having a collective responsibility to insure its microfinance clientele, as well as contributing to the community’s growth and development in Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino and Nueva Vizcaya Regions, through specialized social programs, projects and training.
